This Upper Makefield property called for an outdoor environment that felt every bit as considered as the home itself. Sycamore approached the project as a complete landscape design build in Upper Makefield, developing a cohesive plan that brought together outdoor living areas, hardscaping, plantings, circulation, and the surrounding architecture. With inspiration drawn from the rolling landscapes, mature greenery, and natural beauty found throughout Upper Makefield near Washington Crossing Historic Park, Bowman’s Hill, and the Delaware River corridor, the goal was to create something polished without ever feeling out of place.
